I'm Debbie O'Toole, and I'm here to talk to you about how to have good looking arms without flexing. A lot of people have great looking arms while they're flexing. But if you want to have good looking arms while you are not flexing you need to shed that body fat. How are you going to shed that body fat? Good nutrition. Eating healthy is going to help you along with strength training and cardiovascular. Strength training helps increase your metabolism for at least 12 hours a day. And by incorporating the aerobic activity into that you're going to shed that body fat more efficiently. A great exercise for this would be a shoulder press. You are going to increase your lean muscle mass and that's going to help you shed body fat more efficiently. You want to incorporate cardiovascular activity into this because that's going to help you shed body fat also. So you want to make sure that you get at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity because the average person takes at least 20 minutes before they start burning body fat. You'll also want to keep your heart rate up at around 70 percent of your maximum heart rate. Some of the cardiovascular activities you can do to keep your heart rate up, something like walking on the treadmill. You can slam the medicine balls. You can jump rope, ride the bike. These are all great exercises to keep up that heart rate.
