Two, it will increase your flexibility. Also, you will be using your bodyweight as well as you won't need any equipment therefore you could take your workouts on the go or anywhere. One of the first exercises you could use for your calisthenics routine is gonna be the one leg squat. Now the benefit of the one leg squat it will isolate your quad and hamstring muscle and then also it will increase your balance and that is basically important in order for you to progress and grow. So chest out back straight weight on the heels squat down, squat down, and focus on composure. You want to do anywhere between 3 to 10 sets on each leg. After you've done your 1 leg squats you could do regular squats. Chest out back straight squat down, squat down, squat down. The last one after you done your squats will be the jumps. The reason for your jumps is basically you want to begin to get a quicker response from your muscle groups to get them used to firing at your go, 3,2, and 1.
