I'm Elmore McConnell. Today, we're going to discuss how to lift for the biggest gains. Two of the main reasons for biggest gains is form, and technique -- they're directly correlated. In order to have great gains, you must have proper form and proper technique. When you're focusing on form and technique, you will be more efficient during your workouts. It will also keep you from getting injured. So, make sure you always focus on form and technique, and applying chest out, back straight, shoulders back during any exercise. Now, when you do your dumbbell shoulder press, same application: Chest out, back straight, shoulders back. Going to push up, back down, all the way through that range of motion. Back down. With your form and technique, you always want to keep that in the front of your mind. That way, it's going to keep you from getting injured, and not at a doctor's office.
