Jeremy Scott here. Today, we're talking about hip flexor stretches and exercises. Your hip flexors play a vital role in things like squatting and lunging. So today we're gonna walk you guys through a great stretch to get them opened up and primed for movement before you start your workout. A great hip flexor stretch I like to do starts in your kneeling position, with your back straight and your chest out, you guys are simply going to drive your weight and your hips forward, pushing on that upper hip, letting it open up and stretch. Meanwhile on the backside of your leg that's planted on the ground, you're simply gonna let it slightly pull through, opening up on the backside as well. So it's actually a great hip flexor stretch for not only your left but also your right hip flexor as well. Give it a try next time you guys are gonna go do some squats or lunging in the gym.
