Jeremy Scott here. Today, we're talking about how to build strong legs for boxing. Boxing like any other athletic sport requires tremendous amount of leg strength. So today I'm going to walk you guys through the greatest lower body strength training movement that you need to be incorporating if you want to build strong legs before you get into the ring. One of the greatest movements you guys can incorporate to build leg strength is your squat. You are simply going to start in a nice tall vertical position. Driving through your heels try to drop your hip crease below your knee crease. Or as far as your hip mobility is going to allow you. From that bottom position you guys are going to drive through the heel pushing back to that vertical position. And lowering back down per the prescribed amount of repetitions. You are really going to focus on building your glutes, your hamstrings as well as your quads. And even integrating your calves as well as you guys push from the floor back to the ceiling.
