Hi, this is Reginald Reese. How to do front chest rolls. Before I begin any chest routine, I like to start by warming up the pecs. My weapon of choice is using a foam roller. This is a soft piece of equipment about two to three feet in length that you use to roll out to help myofascial tissue. First, let's start by rolling out the chest. Start by placing the foam roller on the chest. My hips should be off the ground. My hands are out in front. I want to start by having the foam roller at the top of my chest and I want to roll down to the bottom of my chest. I want to roll back and forth about three to five times. Make sure you breathe during this process. Second, we'll start by rolling the side of the pecs. The foam roller should be placed underneath my arm. My hip is off the ground and I'm walking back and forth rolling with my top leg leading away. I want to roll back and forth again three to five times, relax, alternate, three to five times this side and great job. Hope you enjoy these exercises.
