Hi. This is Reginald Reese. Today, I'm going to show you how to use the ever so popular TRX Rip Trainer. The TRX Rip Trainer uses the core with every exercise. First, let's start with the chest press. I want to start by placing my hands in the handles. Next, foot placement, the farther my feet are upright, the easier the exercise will be; the farther my feet are back, the tougher the exercise will be. I recommend starting with my feet farther up and, once I get more familiar with the exercise, work my way back. Next, I want to lower myself down until my chest is in line with my fists. I want to press back out until my elbows are extended. Next, let's go with the back row. This is a great exercise to work your latissimus dorsi, other words, your lats. I want to start by facing the handles, my palms should be facing up, elbows straight. Next, I want to pull myself up until my elbows are to my side. I want to slowly lower myself back down until my elbows are extended. That, my friend, those two exercises will give you that nice body, working that core along with the chest and the back muscles.
