Hi, this is Reginald Reese. How to do a street workout. This is one of my favorite routines because you don't have to use no equipment and you use your surroundings. First, let's start by using a curve to do a plyometric jump. I have my feet shoulder width apart and I want to jump until all of my foot is on top of the step. You choose the height of your curve. I want to do this 10 to 15 times, 2 to 3 circuits of this. Next, I would like to do the tricep dip. Here, I want to place my hands, back of my hands on the curve. My knees should be at 90 degrees, chest up. I want to slowly lower myself until my elbows are bent at 90 degrees. I want to extend back up until my elbows are straight and repeat. Again, I want to do 10 to 15 reps, 2 to 3 circuits. Those are some of my exercises that I use when I'm out and about and have no time for gym.
