Having sculpted legs will help you with your balance, core strength, proportion and make you even look even taller. So having sculpted legs will help you in a lot of different ways. Now your legs are your biggest muscle group in your body so it's very important that you don't neglect any body part. You got your calves, you got your quads, hamstrings, abductors, adductors. These all require different exercises. It's very important that you don't substitute your form for weight. So do a weight that's moderate. That you still feel the muscle doing the work and that you are not going to risk your form. So by pumping so much blood into the muscle you are actually tearing down that muscle group. Whereas it's going to recover, build new muscle and that's where you are going to get that sculpted look and sculpted legs that you are looking for.
