I'm Paj Mohager, and today we're gonna do the ultimate push up. The ultimate push up is basically a perfect push up done with perfect form. Alright, so we're about to do the ultimate push up, which is basically me performing the exercise with perfect form. This is very important, very basic and very, very beneficial to everyone. You know, these are something that women can do with a little bit of modification. Men should definitely do these all the time. It's great for your upper body strength, for your chest, your shoulders, your arms your core, so all around it's one of the most basic exercises that everyone should perform. So here's how it's gonna go. Alright, so what I did was place my hands a little bit, maybe just a tad bit wider than the shoulders. Kept my feet back, back straight, I'm gonna lower myself controlled all the way down to the ground without resting my body onto the ground, and then pushing back up through my chest using my triceps and a little bit of the biceps, and exhaling on the way up. So I'm gonna do it again. And that's how the ultimate push up should be done.
