Hi, I'm Paj Mohager, and today we are going to discuss how you can potentially gain an inch on your arms in just two weeks. So your arms aid you in everyday life. So why not make them bigger and stronger in just two weeks. So you are looking to gain an inch on your arms in two weeks. Now this is very difficult to do but you know what I have faith in you. And I think you can do it with some proper exercise and time, and nutrition. One of the first things I would tell you to do is definitely drink a lot of water. Seventy percent of your muscles are water. So that right there can add some size to your biceps because your muscles will be more hydrated. Secondly of course would be the main thing which would be your exercises. You got to really tear down that muscle and let it recuperate and rebuild that new muscle for that size to come in. So three exercises that I would definitely recommend for that size gain would be dips, would be standing bar curls. And hammer curls. You could even do preacher curls but even though that works most of the peak. Those exercises right there will help you achieve that goal. So the amount of reps and sets of each exercise are very important. Cause you want to really, really crush the arms, really break down that muscle. So I would suggest three to four sets of 12 to 15 reps on every exercise. With the rest period of about 30 to 45 seconds in between your sets and about a minute in between your exercises themselves. So you don't want to sit there let the body cool down, let the muscles cool down. Once you get it going you want to keep going all the way to your dead. No more in your arms. You can't lift a pencil. Very, very important that you do that.
