Hi, I'm Rachel Shuck, and today I'm going to show you chin to chest stretch. This stretch is good for helping alleviate neck pain. If you do a lot of sitting in front of the computer, we all tend to build up that tension in our neck and so, in order to alleviate that, we want to be able to get those stretched out and we don't want that tension to work its way down into our shoulders or upper back. So, the first thing you're going to do in order to do the chin to chest stretch is we're going to gently warm up your neck by turning side to side and we're going to do this one to two times, maybe up it a little bit if you feel like you need just a little bit more warm up. You're going to take your hands, thumbs facing down, clasp them behind your head. Now, you're going to gently pull your chin to your chest and you will hold that for about five seconds with chin to chest, and then you'll gently come back up. And you're going to repeat that about three to five times or until you feel like you've loosen up your neck. And once you're finished, there you have it, chin to chest stretch.
