Hi, my name is Cristina Iacob. And this is how to practice Yantra Yoga. Yantra Yoga or the Yoga for movement helps obtain optimal health, relaxation and balance through coordination of breath and movement. For the first set of exercises, we're gong to sit down, we're going to take our arms all the way up and then, we're going to bend forward. Then we're going to come back all the way up. Then with the right hand, we're going to grab the left foot and the left arm comes behind our backs and grabs the right foot. And then, we're going to twist towards the left and hold. And for our second exercise in Yantra Yoga, called the movement of fast exhalation. We're going to start again on our knees. We're going to bring our arms in front of us, holding the elbows. Then slowly with our head all the way down to the knees. Then we're going to come back, then we're going to do the same exact movement. This time we'll be faster with a loud exhalation. Then we come back up slowly and then, we just sit down.
