Hi, I'm Christine King. Lets talk about easy exercises to do in bed to burn body fat. This is a great idea for those who are limited on time but want to tone up. There are a variety of different moments you can do all in a row. Choose three or four different exercises and do 10 repetitions each. And just go through that cycle over and over again for as much time as you have. Keep in mind though you should do some cardiovascular exercise to help that fat burning process. But lets get started with what you can do in bed before you even put your feet on the floor in the morning. First lying down put your hands behind your head and do a series of 10 crunches. Then bring your arms down by your side and do a series of bridges, lifting the hips up and down from the floor. Then to the famous bicycle. Hands behind your head and turn your torso opposite shoulder to knee for about 10 times. Then you'll flip over onto your hands and knees and raise opposite arm to leg. The arm and the leg should be straight and parallel to the bed. Then place yourself in a bridge position on your elbows with a straight back. Belly pulled in real tight and alternate right and left leg coming off the bed.
