It's actually good for you because you have vitamins A, K and magnesium that are very good. Vitamin A is good for your eyes, vitamin K is also good for your blood circulation, and magnesium is good for your overall functions of your tissues. In addition to that it gives you vitamin C, so now you have a boost in your immune system. So when you combine these things together, it is so good for you, and the ingredients that are in your hot peppers, they actually help to prevent cancer and all kinds of other things. They've been known to prevent cancer in that. So you have vitamin Cs, vitamin As, then you have magnesium and these things can be added to anything. One of the things I like to do, rather than just putting it in whole because that would be like too hot for your mouth, is I like to take it and blend it. When you blend it, then you can add it to things, and you get that flavoring and nutrients all through whatever it is you're adding it to.
