Hi, my name is Charmene Vega, and I'm here to talk to you about eggplants and cholesterol. How are those two connected? Everybody might want to wonder. Well, eggplants can help lower your cholesterol level, and you want to know well, how can they do that? It's going to be a raw eggplant and not one that's cooked. If it's cooked it's actually going to be less effective. However, in order for you to do this, what you're going to need is you're gonna need a total of four eggplants. We're only gonna use one to show you how to do it with one, and then you're going to expand for a whole month. This is something that will last an entire month in order to lower your cholesterol level about 20 points by the end of one month. What you do is you take the eggplant and you want to pick an eggplant that's firm, it's got a deep color to it, and when you feel it, you can feel that it doesn't feel like it's hollow but it has some, a little bit of weight to it. You take that, you cut it lengthwise. Then after you cut it lengthwise, you're going to cut it in some strips. You take that, you put it in some water. Now what you're gonna do is you're going to take a lemon. I used a sweet lemon because it's not as bitter and it has a softer skin, you get more juicing out of it and you're going to get more benefits from that, which would be your vitamin C that you're going to get from the lemon and it's going to help to balance the pH in your system, which will also help to lower that cholesterol level. You pour water over that, you then take it and you put it in a refrigerator, and you're going to leave it in the refrigerator for approximately one day, not quite one full day. The next day what you're going to do is you're gonna drink it. You drink this three times a day for an entire month. Each week you use another eggplant. Usually one eggplant will last you the whole week, so will one lemon, you just don't have to use all of it at one time. If when you have the water on there you run out of the water, you just fill it up with water again, let it sit and soak, and then you're gonna drink that. Remembering, you're gonna drink it three times a day for an entire week, and then the next week you start all over again. You do that for one month, by the end of that one month you would be able to lower your cholesterol level for about 20 points. As Mama Vega always says, chew on this.
