Hi, my name is Charmene Vega, and I'm here to tell you how to make a broccoli goat cheese salad. The reason you're gonna make a broccoli goat cheese salad is you're gonna have the vegetable, you have your green vegetable and you have goat cheese. The reason we're using goat cheese is because it's easier for your body to digest because the type of protein that it has in it, as opposed to some of the harder cheeses, it's a very soft cheese. First thing you're gonna do is you're going to take the broccoli, rinse it off. Then you're gonna cut off the stem. When you cut the stem off, what you're going to do is slice it so that now you have it in little strips. Then you're going to cut the strips the other way so that now you can have them more edible size. Then you're gonna take the florets and you're gonna separate them so that it's not one big chunk, but you have little florets that you can actually put on a dish. Put those on the dish, then you're gonna add your goat cheese. You're going to sprinkle that around so you have your goat cheese. Next step, you're gonna add your raisins. You put the raisins on. Next you're gonna add your sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds. Then you're going to add some Italian seasoning to it and a little bit of pepper, and the you're gonna add an oil and vinegar dressing to top it off, and wallah, you have a nice little salad that you can serve that's very healthy, anybody can eat it easily to be digested, and as Mama Vega says, chew on this.
