Well, first of all, the reason for using wrist straps is because the muscles that we generally pull with, back, legs, buttocks, et cetera, are very strong, a whole lot stronger than your, your grip, okay? That's the reason for using wrist straps. Now, here's the correct way to use those wrist straps. Take the strap, go over your wrist, pull it, put it between your thumb and forefinger, okay? Both hands, same way. We go down to the bar, we go under the bar, we grip it, pull it all the way around the bar, and grab it with the fingers. We do the same thing with the other hand.
