This is Jacques Laventure at Life Gym, and today, we're gonna talk about good workouts for nurses. So, nurses, they spend a lot of time running from patient to patient, picking up patients twice their size. So, today, we're gonna talk about a few exercises they can do to help prevent any injuries and strengthen their muscles. We're gonna start our first exercise with a deadlifts, on a strong board balance. The reason why we focus on balance training is because it helps with more, recruiting more muscle recruitment for the core. We're gonna step by placing our feet on the ends of the corners. In our starting position, we're gonna keep our chin up, and we're gonna do our deadlifts coming down, and we're gonna come up, squeezing our glutes. Keep the abs tight and push through the heels. Next exercise we're gonna do on our strong board balance, we're gonna do a squat. We'll place our foot on the grooves, and you can place your hands up high, keeping parallel, and you're gonna do a 90 degree angle, with your legs, focusing on the core, squeezing the glutes, abs tight, chin tight, belly to spine, and go down again. Make sure you breath and push through your heels.
