Hi I'm Dr. Brooks Tiller. Today I'm going to show you a fast exercise that you can do on a daily basis. This is going to get your heart rate going. It's going to break that monotony of sitting at a desk all day at work. What we're going to do today is a jumping jack. You can stand up from your desk and do this at any time. We're going to begin the jumping jack with hands by your side and your feet together. In one motion we're going to jump out spreading our feet about shoulder width apart. Raising our hands above our head. We're going to lower our arms back down by our sides as we jump and bring our feet closer together. You can clap at the top and you can smack your legs at the bottom if you really want to go for emphasis. If you can perform 10 jumping jacks every hour while you're at work you are going to increase your metabolism and you're going to really help burn off some of those calories.
