Hey, everybody, I'm Chef Mareya, The Fit Foodie. Today, I want to talk to you about healthy cereal options. Now normally, you're in the cereal aisle and what are you facing? A lot of boxes. Well, I want to talk to you about some other healthy options that you may not find in that area. Like hot cereal. Love oatmeal, oatmeal is a great source of source of good quality fiber and it helps to keep your cholesterol in check. Well, there's a whole new breed of hot cereals with super foods added. I happen to love this new brand and it's got pumpkin seeds, cocoa, all kinds of delicious super foods added right in. And all you have to do is add water, how easy is that? I also like this great new line of bars. And the bars are almost like cereal in a portable form. So you can take those on the road and travel with them and have your breakfast in your car. Now, here's one of my go-to staples. This is a Rainforest bowl. It's made with granola that has also super foods added to it. A little bit of acai, and that is a super food berry that you can find in the frozen section of your grocery store. And half a banana sliced up. Compile those together into a luscious little bowl of super powered food and that'll keep you energized all day long. I'm Chef Mareya, The Fit Foodie.
