I'm Joe Carson, and this is "how to reduce cellulite in no time with exercise." Cellulite, it's one of those things that it's unsightly and it can create you know, a situation where it makes you feel uncomfortable, wearing your bathing suit out in public. We're going to do that with a couple good exercises. One for building strength and tone, one for helping to burn fat. With the weighted lunge, you wanna grab ahold of a couple dumbbells. You want a modest weight that you can do about 10 to 12 reps with. With each one of these lunges, you will want to have the dumbbells hanging by your side. You'll take a long step forward, you will bend first at the back knee, allow the legs to bend to 90 degrees. If you wanna pause for just a moment, push hard through the forward foot, bring yourself back to a neutral position. Then, you will repeat with the opposite side, bend the back knee first, pause for just a moment, push hard through the forward leg, and back to a neutral position and you'll repeat that for 12 reps. The next exercise will be the squat jump. With the squat jump, you're gonna want your feet just a little wider than hip width to insure a firm foundation. You're going to want to try to keep your back nice and straight. Draw your belly button in towards your spine, you're gonna come into a deep squatted position, and then elevate yourself vertically, try to get as much daylight underneath your feet and the floor as you possibly can, land with soft legs, and then repeat for about 20 reps.
