Headstands are great, not only if you do Yoga and you do inversion, but also they're a really good way to exercise. What happens is the blood runs from the toes all the way to the head. Fold up your yoga mat, put it against the wall. Get into tripod position, position your elbows as such, and make sure that it's spaced correctly. Put your head down and kick up all the way to heads down position. Some safety precautions. You want to make sure that your neck is in correct alignment with your spine, that your stomach muscles are tight and take your time going up, and if you need some assistance, ask a friend to help support your body or your legs onto the wall. Don't stay in headstand position for too long, because the blood is gonna rush to your head.
