Hi, I'm Christine King. Let's talk about how to build your back at home. This is a very important topic because most Americans have low back pain, and they don't know what to do about it. The solution is very simple because you can do this at home on your floor. You simply lie onto your back with your knees bent and carefully and slowly raise your hips up and down from the floor. The next one is actually lying flat on your stomach with your arms extended forward and your legs straight. Engaging your abdominal muscles, raise your opposite arm to leg about a half an inch to an inch off the floor. The second level is that is on your hands and knees. That is the upgraded level of what we just did, and that is on your hands and knees extending opposite arm to leg so they are parallel with the floor. Once again still engaging the abdominal muscles so you're working your, and stabilizing your entire core. And then it's always a great idea to stretch out that low back from the muscles you just tightened. Just rotate your hips in a circle, massaging your low back onto the floor, and reverse direction and you'll feel fantastic.
