Hi, I'm Christine King. Let's talk about how to relieve pain from working out. This is a very important topic because so many people injure themselves while working out, and it's important that you take the rest you need and not resume your exercise routine until the pain goes away. But, most importantly is really moving the joints and in stretches. Doing different stretches for especially the shoulders and for the back which are the two most common areas where people get hurt. So to stretch the shoulders, simply bring your arms up over head, interlace your hands, and gently bend to one side, and do not force anything and keep breathing through the stretch. First bring the arm across the chest, hold on with the other hand and pull the arm across the chest in order to stretch the upper shoulder. For the low back, lying on the flour simply pull one knee into the shoulder to toleration, don't force anything, until you feel the stretch. Repeat on the other side and then do both knees at the same time. Again, all of those stretches holding for 20 seconds.
