So there's so many things you can do on a trail besides walk up and down the trail. You can create a full body workout wherever you are on your trail. There's so many great exercises you can do just using your body and the trail. So, like you can run uphill. Running uphill is great it really works the legs it really gives you a cardiovascular workout like you won't believe. Also lunging up the hill. Lunging uphill is also a great way to really work those leg muscles it really helps the buttocks it tightens up the thighs its great. And also like you can do upper body as well. So you can plan to do push ups in between on your hike and you can also find a rock or a bench or something and do tricep dips so that you can get a good full body workout. You can get the upper body you can get the lower body everything gets worked out when you're doing your hikes so the more you work incorporate all of this in, the better your hike is going to be and the better your body is going to feel and look.
