Hi, my name is Kari Pearce. I'm a personal trainer at The New York Health and Racquet Club. I'm going to show you how to do a cool but easy gymnastics move. It is important to know how to do a cool but easy gymnastics move so you can impress your friends and family. Before doing a handstand forward roll, it's important that you master a handstand as well as a forward roll. In order to do a handstand forward roll you are going to start with your favorite leg in front, arms up by your ears. You will then kick your back leg up and lever your hands down to the floor. Once your hands hit the floor you're going to kick your favorite leg off of the ground. You will then reach nice and tall and be in a handstand position, straight up in the air, legs together, core nice and tight, pushing up nice and tall. From there, make sure that you keep your arms nice and straight, tuck your head, bend your knees and roll forward. The momentum will carry your body forward, you will bend your knees, push up through your legs, ending in a nice standing tall position with your arms by your ears.
