Today, we're gonna work on the leg cradle. The leg cradle is a technique to turn our opponent over in wrestling to their back in a pining situation. Today, for the leg cradle we're gonna start in a standing position, work our opponent down, get them in the cradle position and then turn them over to their back. Starting from the standing position, I'm gonna use my tie-up, hand cupped over the head and neck, other hand cupped over the tricep position, and my body weight to pull my opponent down to the ground. From here I'm going to go over the head and neck, arms gonna come around the head and neck, my opposite arm is going to be reaching behind the knee as the crown of my head is gonna be going on their rib. When we get to this point, I need to lock my hands, it's a necessity with the cradle position. I'm going to lock in this form here. This is gonna allow the extra inches in order to clasp the move, which is a necessity before doing the cradle. Once that's done, I'm going to use my head and my feet to drive, push, push, push, tripod up, or arch up for a pin with the cradle.
