I'm Sara Holliday, and I'm going to demonstrate Yoga asanas and exercises. Yoga asanas are yoga postures and when you put them together in a sequence, it becomes a little exercise routine. So, I'm going to demonstrate a Yoga asana exercise routine that will firm, tone and strengthen your muscles. Come onto all fours, with your hands right below the shoulders, knees right below the hips. You're going to take your right elbow into your left knee. Exhale, extend, reaching through the fingertip and toe. And then, switch sides and repeat on the other side. As you extend, you'll feel the muscles working in your shoulders, abdominals, buttocks and hamstrings. After you repeat it on the right side and the left side a few more times, then come into plank position. Extending through the heels with your head in line with your shoulder. Holding it here for a nice, deep breath. And then, press back to downward dog. Pressing your heart's center, while lengthening your tail bone high. Holding it here for three to five deep breaths. And then, you can repeat the sequence several times.
