Hey, guys, it's Angelique Millis at Life Gym. Today, I'm going to teach you how to get bigger calves from a treadmill. So you can actually put the treadmill on an incline. That's really going to help you tone the calves in a completely different way. So what you would do is you would begin by starting our treadmill, maybe putting it at a moderate walking pace like a 4.0 or maybe a 4.5, go ahead and set your incline to the highest that it can go. So once you set it on the highest, you are going to lean slightly forward, make sure you grab the front of the treadmill at the top and lean your body forward and push off the ball of the foot and take nice wide strides on the way back. So you are taking big strides. You are focusing on flexing the calves. You don't have to run on this incline. You just have to make a moderate pace of walking and you can always mix up with the incline and the speed.
