Hey guys, I'm Angelique Millis at Life Gym. Today, I'm going to talk to you a little bit about how you can get the most out of your run. So when you are going running you want to always make sure that you have the right running gear, make sure your shoes are of great quality especially if you are going to run outside. Ladies make sure you have a great quality sports bra, super important and another great tip would be to plan out your workout ahead of time, know like what your path is if you are going to be running outside, knowing how many miles you are going to run, if it's a scenic route, what route you are going to take, knowing all those things ahead of time will let you know what to expect while you are out there running. Make sure that you also stay hydrated and it's also optimal if you have a running team or maybe a running buddy you can go with. All those things will make for a really great running experience and always make sure to stretch after your run, super important and then of course pace yourself. Have fun.
