Hi it's Angelique Millis at Life Gym. Today, we're going to talk about how you can build your very own workout layout sheet. So it's really important when you are making this workout layout sheet that you include a few criteria. So the first thing is going to be the date because you obviously want to know when you worked out. You want to put what you worked out whether specifically what body parts you worked out or what exercises you did, you can include your reps, you can include the weight that's on the workout as well and I always like to include a section with comments or like the way I felt after my workout and I also include a section on my diet of the day. So finding that all those things together, the diet, the workout, the feelings, it really helps me stay motivated and keep myself on track and I can always go back to it later and see the progress that I've made over the past few months. I also find it really helpful to take pictures, some before and after photos if you are trying to transform your body and you can also take your measurements and record that all on your workout training sheet.
