Hi, I'm Lindsey Smith and these are musical related dance exercises to lose weight. Today we're going to learn a short combination that can be repeated multiple times to a variety of your favorite upbeat songs. It'll get your heart pumping for a short aerobic workout and can aid you in your weight loss plan. We will start by doing a grapevine to the right so that would be step right, step behind on your left foot, step together, jump and clap. Then repeat the exact same thing to the left. Left, step behind, left, together, jump and clap. Then you will do step turn, step touch to the right jump and clap, step turn step clutch, jump to the left and clap and then you'll repeat the whole thing. That's grapevine to the right, grapevine to the left, step turn step touch jump and clap, step turn step touch jump and clap. Then let me show what the arms will be and we'll do it again. So we have grapevine to the right, grapevine to the left, step turn step touch to the right and step turn step touch to the left. That's part A. Now onto part B. Quickly we will do a pivot turn. That is step forward on your right foot. Turn forwards to face the back. Then switch right leg again, face the front, and you're going to jump four times in the air pulsing your arms upwards. You'll repeat that one more time. Then you put the whole thing together part A and part B. You can repeat it as many time as you want and have your heart going for a great little workout.
