Hi, I'm Wendy, and I'm going to show you today how to tone the underarms with dumbbells. I'm going to show you three exercises today, very very important to learn how to tone the underarms with dumbbells because as we age, the underarms tend to get soft and flabby. The three exercises I'm going to show you today are a shoulder press using dumbbells. While we are doing the shoulder press, we are going to stand erect, holding the dumbbells at our side, you will push the dumbbells straight up in the air and bring it back down, repeating that ten times. The second exercise I'm going to show you is a dumbbell kick back. I will bend over, holding the dumbbell in each hand, push it back so my arms are straight. When I straighten my arms I am going to contract them and hold the contraction for about two to three seconds and bring them back down. The third exercise I'm going to bring you with dumbbells is a dumbbell overhead tricep extension, using one or two dumbbells. I will hold the dumbbell or dumbbells over my head, arms pointed towards the ceiling, bring the dumbbells back, elbows pointed to the ceiling, arms as close to my ears as possible. And that is how you strengthen and tone the underarms.
