Hello I'm Dr. Julia Tatum Hunter of the Holistic Dermatology. And we're here to talk about what are the health benefits of a cardio cocktail? Cardio cocktail basically is just a name of a group of supplements that somebody has put together artificially and said that it makes you have a better cardiac performance. So why do they put together these supplements and call it cardio cocktail? Number one you want to feel better, you want to have energy. Well it's not the cardio cocktail that gives you that per say because if you look at the ingredients in the cardio cocktail there's really not enough ingredients of all the different ingredients to make a perceptible difference. So what really matters is what's in there is number one vitamin B. Yes, vitamin B, very good for your bones. Very good for every cell in your body. B vitamins, very good for every cell in your body, your skin, your hair, everything. Gives you a little bit of energy. Arginine. What does arginine do? It dilates your blood vessels. It dilates the bronchials, the air ways in your lungs. It's got some magnesium, they're good for every cell in your body. It has some glutathione in there. But most glutathione unless it's presented to the body in the appropriate way can't really be absorbed. So it's better to put it on the skin and you have to do it in a particular way. It has a little bit of EDTA in there. But again green, green, green, green, green is a much better choice for chelating overall cause so little EDTA is absorbed. Cardio cocktail is basically about being healthy. It is about taking supplements in an informed way. But what's most important is eating correctly, staying alkaline by eating green. Exercising. Keeping your hormones right. And that's all about lifestyle. Your adrenals, handling stress. Promoting happiness as much as possible. And then taking targeted supplementations that everybody needs.
