This is important because you always want to have some exercises in your back pocket for when you can't make it to the gym but you still want to work out. And all of us ladies definitely want nice, firm toned arms. So, it's important that you of course incorporate cardio into this routine, because that's where you lose the fat. You can do that at home by simply taking a walk, or you can do some jumping jacks, or you can do some knee raises. Just choose one of them to get yourself warmed up a little bit. Get a chair, sit in the chair, and take your hips off the chair with your hands holding onto the front of the chair, and then we're just going to do a simple dip, bringing your body down and up using the strength of your arms, not your feet. The next thing we want to do is target the front of the arms, and that would be a bicep curl. So pick up a pair of weights that you can easily do 10 to 15 repetitions, bring your fist up to your shoulder, and then bring it down with control. Finally, we want to work on some anterior and posterior raises for the arms so we get the front and the back of the shoulder, and I'll make it very easy for you by combining the two exercises, you'll basically tip forward from the hip, bring both arms in front of you as high as you can pain-free, and then bring the arms behind you as high as you can pain-free. And your elbows will be straight but not locked up. And that's how you can achieve some nice toned arms at home naturally.
