I'm LB Kass and here is a way for you to learn how to do your split. The way I would like to demonstrate for you to do a split is from a standing position. This is a great way to learn your splits 'cause it allows you to use your upper body to improve your flexibility. I'm going to demonstrate for you a great way for you to learn how to your split. You're going to go against the wall with your feet together, stand nice and tall. Keep your right leg on the ground, bring your left knee behind you as you extend your hands to the floor. Slowly, carefully extend your left leg up the wall with your toe under. You want to work on straightening both of your knees. To improve your flexibility, have your hands down, start leaning back into the wall and pull through both directions. This is a great way to learn how to do your splits. When you're done on the right side, reverse to the left.
