Hi I'm Martin Egwaugu of Nedufitness.com. Today we're going to talk about how to improve the Bruce Lee bench press. That's right I said Bruce Lee. Only Bruce Lee could improve the bench press that he does himself. I'm joking. Well anyways, it's a myth or legend has it that Bruce Lee actually bench pressed 500 pounds. Now for his body weight it's pretty incredible but then again he's a legend and he's a beast. So if we are going to find a way to improve the Bruce Lee bench press, it's going to take tons of lifting, not just bench press. There's three movements that I require in order to build overall total body strength, the bench press, the squat and the deadlift. See these exercises teaches your body how to work in unison rather than just focusing on the bench press because if you do that you will probably get injured. So working out every day all throughout the week, making sure you are eating proper nutrition and you are getting tons of protein and you build strength just with general principles, three sets of eight to twelve or three sets of six to eight to build power. It's going to take a lot of lifting. I'm not going to say you can't do it because anything is possible but you can try. Those are some of my tips on how to improve the Bruce Lee bench press.
