Place your foot on top of the ball, drag it back and flick it up with your dominant foot. The second technique we can use for juggling a soccer ball is to scoop the ball up to yourself. Get your foot right underneath the ball, flick your knee and the ball will automatically pop up. The last variation is the step over. Use your dominant foot to flick the ball up to yourself. Using these three different techniques, you can improve your juggling skills.
