I'm Eraldo Maglara and a CA certified personal trainer and this is rope swing exercises. The rope swing is a great piece of equipment that was just recently introduced into the fitness centers and I'll tell you all, it's a great exercise. It works your shoulders, it works your back muscles, it works your core and your legs. I'm telling you, you'll get a great workout out of the rope swing exercises. Here are my favorite exercises to do with a rope. The first one is the single one, the single rope and the words one hand at a time waving the rope back and forth. The second one you can do is the double or both handed ones. You're going to both do them at the same time. The third one is the pec. So in other words you are going to squeeze your pecs together as you are letting the ropes swing wildly above and the fourth one is called side to side. You are going to grab the rope just like this and then go right from side to side, which is awesome for your core. And that's it.
