Hi, my name is Kari Pearce, and I'm a personal trainer at The New York Health and Racquet Club. This video is on how to get fit fast and easy at home. Some people don't have time to go to the gym so it's convenient to be able to get a good workout in while they are at home. Make sure you get a good warmup in before performing this workout. Many exercises that you can do at home are body weight exercises. These include squats, lunges, pushups, planks, mountain climbers, squat jumps and lunge jumps. I like to do a circuit of these exercises because then you can continuously keep moving so it makes the workout much quicker. You can perform one exercise right after the other. A good example that I like is ten squats followed by ten lunges on each side, ten pushups, a plank for 30 seconds, 30 seconds worth of mountain climbers and end with ten squat jumps and ten lunge jumps. I like to perform this circuit as many times as you can for the amount of time that you have. If you have ten minutes, perform as many rounds as you possibly can.
