Hi, I'm Lisa Reed. This is a description of a kettlebell clean RKC. It uses strength and power simultaneously as well as coordination. Let's get ridiculously fit. Take your kettlebell. Here I am in a rack position already. This is our ending. So, we're going to start it from a swing position into the clean into the rack. So you're going to drop your hips. Remember you are in an athletic performance. So you're in an athletic stance with your hips back. You're going to pull the bell back between your legs. As that kettlebell goes up through your body, you keep a tight elbow just like you were zipping up a jacket. As you guide the bell through your legs, you disengage at the rack position, resting that kettlebell right on the arm but remember, everything is tight and squeeze at the top. Your glutes, your quads, your abs are all tight and the tension is there to perform another kettlebell RKC clean.
