Hi, I'm Rina Jakubowicz and what are some benefits to wearing Yoga toes? Well, I'm going to tell you. Your feet are your footprints to your spinal alignment into the organs of your body. So, the stronger your feet are, the more stable they are and the more circulation you have in your feet, the better off you are. So, let's learn some techniques to help ourselves get into those Yoga toes. You're going to, you can actually use your fingers; you're going to bring one finger in between each toe and separate your toes to create a little bit of that distance and that separation. You can take a few breaths here, just kind of feel that stretch between the toes, and just as long as you feel comfortable. Take your time to put each finger in between. You can release and I've actually brought these wooden shoes from India. They're authentic, ayurvedic shoes that the idea is you put the, the wooden peg between the big toe and the second toe, and you squeeze into that spot, into that peg and you walk with them. The inside of your big toe is connected to your spinal alignment, so the stronger that you are, the better it is. And so, it's a little uncomfortable at first, but you walk around with it a little bit and you get use to it.
