Hey, everybody. I'm Chef Mareya, the Fit Foodie. Today, I want to talk to you about good sources of fiber if your blood type O. Now, you may have read about different blood type diets. Now I'm not a doctor, I'm just a chef, but I'll tell you based on my research there are certain types of foods that you want to fill your diet with, and maybe minimize if you are blood type O. I have a few of them right here in front of me. I have some great leafy greens that are high in fiber, especially the dark green vegetables like the kale and the chard. I also have cucumber, red pepper, virtually any type of fruit or vegetable would be a good addition. Also, lean cuts of meat, like lean beef, fish, poultry, all of those are good additions to your diet. Now if your blood type O, you may want to minimize your intake of grains and beans, as they may be harder to digest according to the data out there, but remember, I'm just a chef, not a doctor. I'm sharing with you what I've researched as well. So hopefully these tips will help you, if that's your blood type, and always remember to fill your plate with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The more color the better.
