I'm Morris Brossette, and this is how to breathe for sprinting. Okay, before we get to the actual breathing during the sprint part, I want to talk to you about the warm-up before the sprint, and there's a specific breath rate and breath pattern that you can use that's gonna help you to maximize your lung expansion and maximize the uptake of oxygen before you start the sprint. So first what you want to do is you want to take a deep quick inhale through your nostrils. And it's all through your diaphragm. So when you breathe, make sure when you inhale that it's in here, up here. So when you do this, it looks like this. Okay? You're going to do that 30 times. At the the end of the 30th breath, you're going to exhale, and draw your abs in and hold that as long as you can until you feel yourself need to breathe in, and then you're gonna take a deep breath in, you'll hold that for 15 seconds, let it out, rest for a few seconds, and then repeat that whole cycle three to four times.
