Hi, my name is Peter. I'm with Expert Village today I'm going to talk to you about cross country running. In this section I'm going to talk to you about proper attire for running. You can do multiple things either have a nice fitted sweater if it's going to be cold outside something of a nylon material so it's breathable. As well as a tank top underneath and if it's not raining or if it's not cold outside, then just remove the sweater and have a tank top. You want that so you have that free hand and arm movement as well as shorts. A lot of people don't know what type of shorts. You don't need anything cotton because it will be too heavy and it will stick to you. You want something of like a nylon type of fabric. Whatever brand it may be Nike, Adidas, Basic but something of nylon that is breathable and it's easy to move around in. As far as shoes as well, you're going to want some type of fitted shoes there are about three types of shoes and you want to make sure you go to a big shoe store because they are going to be able to tell you exactly what shoes are going to fit for your feet. For wear you actually put your pressure on the ground every time you hit when you are running and that is going to prevent a lot of injuries from happening and it's also going to make you a better runner.
