My name is Juan Carlos with Expert Village, and today we're going to be talking about softball for beginners. In this segment, we're going to talk about picking a person stealing third base. Like before, it's very, very important that the runner can't run until the pitcher releases the ball. If she decides to steal, the catcher has maybe less than one second or less to make sure she gets the ball to the third baseman and make the tag before the runner reaches the base.
