Now what we are going to do and now that we have him suspended almost, his arms are forward and his blood is going almost down to his fingertips now, we are not going to keep him in this position too much longer. What I want to do is I kind of want to focus on the lower back now. What we are going to do is kind of a stretch pull, stretch pull, streAtch pull. This is what I am going to do. I am going to start at the lower back and I am going to pull up and out. So I regroup and come back in and pull up and out, all the way from the spine. Everything is away from the spine. Never press down on the spine. It is out, regroup, push down and out, regroup, down and out. No pressure. Once you come back apply pressure and out to the arms. That is flow, so regroup, push down and out. You can use your knuckles or you can use your palms whichever is comfortable for you. Be careful in rotating your wrists that would really not be a good idea for a therapist that wants to do this for a long time. Push down and out, push down and out to his arms and let it go. Another thing once again is use your knuckles and just push out, pressure down and out, put your weight down and out. Learn how to put your pressure down but then just relax. Down with the pressure and then out and relax. Down pressure, out, down pressure and out. Once we press out, another good thing for the lower back is just to stretch it out. One side goes up and the other side goes down. One side goes up and the other side goes down. Work your way all the way down the hips and come back and do the same thing. You don't have to do that too many times but just a couple of times. Down and out and down and out and that is a very good stretch for the lower back.
