Well my name is Alex and once again I thank you for joining me here at Beverly Hills Health and Fitness located at 8301 Beverly Boulevard. The number here is (323) 658-6999. We offer massage therapy, personal training, kick boxing, and a number of other amenities that will definitely help benefit your health and fitness. Today once again we did the modality sports massage. We did a number of things to help Peter's mobility, to help relieve tension in Peter's lower back. We did a number of things from eflorage, petrissage, to deep tissue to anything to get into the muscle and kind of create that blood flow to create that oxygen. At the end what we did was added topotement which a good kind of refreshing type additive to massage therapy. You do not necessarily have to do it and it is not necessarily recommended but I do recommend it if the person is leaving or at least driving away from the establishment. I thank you once again for joining me, looking at this video and definitely tune in again to Expert Village.com. Thank you so much.
