O.K., so you can see that this is an incredible playground. I love this place. It took me two or three trips to find a playground like this. That might take some of the preparation. You might have to drive around, ask your friends, and find out where the good playgrounds are. What do I mean by a good playground? If you have kids, one that has a dinosaur that looks like Barney, might be really helpful. My kids are older, but trust me, I remember the Barney days. But let me get back to the playground in general. If you can see in general, the big picture here, several structures. What do we really need? Variety, we need variety in our workouts, in our equipment, we need it to break plateaus. So this area here provides variety. We are going to get in a little bit closer; we will talk a little bit more about specifics. If you could just picture this in your mind as you are out looking for a playground. Look for something that offers two or three areas that you can work. Two or three, I like to call them stations where you can get lots of different variety. This is it, this is a perfect example right here.
